Our Origin Story...
Meet Alex, Mauricio & Samuel
Our story begins in the fall of 2024 with three friends who felt the need to combine each others talents to create a brand that promotes their shared interests, style and authenticity within storytelling to likeminded people across social platforms.
Creating Wornbriar as an inspiration company that feels organic and rich with adventure. "We aim to create a one time shop where you can find whatever it is you're looking for or peak your interest".
There was a fire burning inside us - a deep desire to tell stories and connect with the people around us, and even those far beyond our reach. In a world saturated with fakery and posing, we wanted to create something genuine, something authentic. A true community — a place where you can discover the next groundbreaking clothing brand, or stumble upon an inspiring business/artist that might just help you launch your own journey and explore your own creativity.
Our mission is to promote brands and artists that bring real value to your life instead of selling you "stuff" and spark meaningful engagement. We want our audience to feel the trust and integrity behind every story or promotion we make — delivering only the best in every facet of life. Even though we started with little knowledge of how to build this brand from the ground up, we combined all of our creative marketing skills and unique storytelling talents to craft something special. Deciding to take a leap of faith, put ourselves out there, and see where this journey will take us.
The path is unpaved and full of possibilities. But together, we can build a new wave of creativity and connection. Our hope is that Wornbriar evolves not just into a generic brand, but into a movement — one that inspires storytellers, creatives, and dreamers alike to step out of their comfort zones and take risks.
Because the only real way to feel connected, to find peace and joy, is to risk it all — to live fully and boldly.

"I’m a designer originally from the Chicago suburbs, now based in the heart of downtown Oklahoma City with my sheepadoodle, Winnie. I’m drawn to creative work in all forms—graphic design, photography, video, and anything that starts with a spark of an idea. Most days, you can find me out on a run, playing on a sandlot baseball team called The Lucky, riding my motorcycle, or catching a movie. I like work that feels thoughtful, a little unexpected, and true to whoever’s behind it."

"As a Video Production Specialist in Bethany, Oklahoma, I bring stories to life through the power of video. Inspired by artists like Casey Neistat, Peter McKinnon, and Aaron Brimhall, I strive to bring a unique and creative perspective to every project.
With a lifelong passion for the arts and a background rooted in Oklahoma City, I find inspiration in the vibrant community around me. When I'm not behind the camera, you can find me exploring new trails, training for my next race, or spending quality time with my loved ones. I believe in the power of storytelling to connect us all, and I'm excited to see what the future holds."

"I’m your average movie lover turned filmmaker. I wasn’t the kid who picked up a camera at eight years old and instantly knew I wanted to be a storyteller. My path into filmmaking was a little different.
I’m the child of immigrant parents who worked tirelessly to put food on the table and a roof over our heads. My dad runs a custom upholstery business, and my mom owns a gym — but that’s not where they started. I still remember sitting in the back of my mom’s minivan while she went into strangers’ homes to clean. I remember my dad juggling two jobs while building his upholstery company out of our garage.
Let’s just say I spent a lot of time home alone with my brothers. Our only babysitter? The TV and a stack of VHS tapes from Goodwill. I grew up watching movies and nature shows on PBS — so in hindsight, maybe I was being set up to be a storyteller all along.
But the real spark didn’t hit until much later — in college, when I got bit by the filmmaking bug and never looked back.
Since then, I’ve spent most of my career telling stories — from filming backyard weddings and working in photojournalism at local TV stations, to now serving as a full-time storyteller at a state agency, all while building: Wornbriar.
Catch me at your local theater, exploring the newest cultural hotspot in town, or behind the camera bringing stories to life — one frame at a time."
